The CX Valet / Lot Porter / Car Wash Attendant is responsible for supporting the customer experience by safely moving vehicles, keeping vehicles and work areas clean, assisting with customer-facing tasks, and helping the service team maintain an organized and professional environment.
This role requires reliability, attention to detail, safe driving habits, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced automotive repair shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally when needed
- Safely move customer vehicles around the facility
- Park and organize vehicles in the lot
- Wash and vacuum customer vehicles
- Help keep the parking lot, service bays, and customer areas clean and organized
- Assist with vehicle pickup and delivery when needed
- Support the service team with basic shop tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
- Help create a great first and last impression for customers
- Follow company procedures for vehicle handling, cleanliness, safety, and communication
- Communicate clearly with service advisors, technicians, and CX team members
