Service Advisor – Jaguar Land Rover Brooklyn

Jaguar Land Rover Brooklyn is looking to hire an experienced Service Advisor.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to focus on what a Service Advisor is actually supposed to do: communicate with clients, sell needed work, manage repair orders, and provide an exceptional ownership experience.

We have the structure in place to support you. Our advisors have strong valet support, consistent management, experienced technicians, video MPI usage, cashier support to help close tickets, and a weekly pay schedule. We use CDK, and CDK experience is strongly preferred.

If you are currently in a store where you are spending too much time chasing cars, booking your own tickets, handling cashier work, or dealing with inconsistent process, this may be a much better fit.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist Jaguar Land Rover clients in a professional and efficient manner
Write, manage, and follow up on repair orders through CDK
Review technician recommendations and video MPI findings with clients
Communicate clearly with clients regarding vehicle status, needed repairs, pricing, and timelines
Sell maintenance, repairs, and recommended services based on technician findings
Work closely with technicians, valet, parts, cashiers, and management to keep repair orders moving
Maintain accurate notes and documentation throughout the repair process
Provide a premium client experience from write-up through vehicle delivery
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term retention

Qualifications

Prior Service Advisor experience preferred
CDK experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to sell recommended maintenance and repair work professionally
Ability to manage multiple repair orders at once
Organized, process-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license required
Jaguar Land Rover or luxury brand experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year

Benefits:
