Daily Responsibilities

Lead, train, and develop the sales team to maximize performance, sharpen skills, and maintain a high‑standard sales culture.
Guide salespeople through deal structuring to help them close customers effectively and profitably.
Drive customer acquisition and retention by building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service throughout the buying journey.
Oversee department operations while maintaining top‑tier customer service standards and smooth collaboration with Finance, Billing, and other departments.
Monitor performance and achieve goals by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, projections, and key metrics

Qualifications Needed to Lead

Proven automotive leadership experience with at least five successful years in sales, including strong Ford Lincoln brand experience and a track record of consistent results in both new and used vehicles
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to train, motivate, and elevate a sales team.
A results‑driven, high‑work‑ethic mindset that thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused dealership environment.
A reliable, professional presence with strong punctuality, business‑appropriate presentation, and the flexibility to support weekend and holiday operations.
A customer‑focused leader who builds trust through expertise, empathy, and outstanding service that drives satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.
