Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Tire & Service Manager to lead daily operations at our Arvada, CO location. This role is responsible for overseeing service staff, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and maintaining high standards in safety and efficiency.

Core Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Manage daily shop workflows, including technician scheduling and service writer performance. Drive sales growth in tires, maintenance, and automotive services
- Financial Oversight: Accountable for store P&L, meeting sales targets, and managing payroll and retail budgets.
- Team Development: Recruit, lead, train, and develop service technicians and front-end team members on technical service standards and customer care. Track KPIs including sales, productivity, and profitability
- Inventory & Logistics: Oversee parts ordering, vendor relationships, and maintenance of shop equipment. Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Customer Experience: Resolve complex customer concerns and ensure all services meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of automotive service management experience (tire industry preferred)
- Strong leadership abilities
- Proven ability to drive sales and improve operational performance
- Solid understanding of automotive systems, tire services and maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with shop management systems/POS
- Valid driver’s license required
