We are seeking a motivated and versatile BDC Representative & Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced automotive dealership team. This hybrid role combines customer-facing BDC responsibilities with ownership of marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, engagement, and showroom traffic. BDC Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound and outbound customer communication (calls, internet leads, text, chat)
- Respond quickly to leads and set qualified appointments for sales and service
- Follow up consistently to improve show rates and customer experience
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities
- Deliver a professional and positive experience with every customer interaction
Marketing Responsibilities
- Support and execute dealership marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Manage social media, online listings, and website content updates
- Assist with email campaigns and customer outreach initiatives
- Track marketing performance including lead sources and campaign effectiveness
- Help identify new opportunities to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive BDC or high-volume customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable multitasking
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management best practices
- Interest or experience in marketing, social media, or digital advertising
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
