5 Star Automotive is growing and seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. The ability to speak both English & Spanish is preferred but not required.

- Prior outbound call center experience is required

- Achieve set targets and make a high volume of outbound calls, ranging from 50 to 100 per day.
- Engage potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, effectively communicating our products' features, benefits, and value.
- Utilize provided scripts and guidelines to deliver consistent and persuasive sales pitches.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening skills.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets, such as call quotas and conversion rates.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain ongoing communication with potential leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service, address customer concerns, and resolve complaints or issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with our supportive team members and share best practices to optimize sales strategies and improve team performance. We believe in teamwork and are here to support each other.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance selling capabilities.
