Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Detailer to join our team. This role involves providing top-quality vehicle cleaning and detailing services at various locations, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicle care, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work is a plus, along with a valid driver’s license for travel between locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior cleaning
- Execute specialized services such as buffing and window tinting as needed
- Ensure all vehicles meet quality standards before customer delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of work equipment and supplies
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during interactions with clients
- Safely operate cleaning tools and equipment while adhering to safety protocols
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
- Assist with janitorial or custodial tasks when required to support overall cleanliness of work areas
Experience
- Prior experience in car wash, vehicle detailing, or custodial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Experience with buffing, window tinting, or other advanced detailing techniques is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for travel between job sites
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple appointments efficiently
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and safety procedures related to vehicle detailing
- Must be comfortable downloading, navigating, and using booking applications and web-based platforms to review, accept, and respond to appointments in a timely manner.
