What You’ll Do
As a Lead Shop Foreman, you’ll work along side our Service Manager to ensure efficiency and productivity of our service technicians. Your mission? Build trust, solve problems, and deliver exceptional service. Here’s a snapshot of your day-to-day:
- supervise and lead your technician team
- communicate with Service Manger on work orders
- assign work flow/ work orders to technicians
- ensure the shop and technicians are operating safely
- quality control
- training and teaching technicians on new processes and procedures
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. Here’s what it takes to thrive in this role:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- attention to detail
- Strong computer skills (email, excel, word)
- CDK experience
- 3 years of experience in technician/ mechanic or related field
- Knowledge of equipment parts and industry trends is a plus
- high school diploma
