We’re growing and looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our award-winning service team at Mall of Georgia! What You'll Do:
- Greet customers and assist them with their vehicle service needs
- Clearly explain repair and maintenance recommendations
- Build lasting relationships with customers through trust and transparency
- Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure smooth repair order flow
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Maintain a high level of CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Service Advisor is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment
- Basic automotive knowledge is helpful
- DealerBuilt experience a bonus (not required)
