We are a busy, growing Independent automotive repair facility servicing more than 700 vehicles per month. We are looking for a Service Advisor who can build trust with customers, guide them through repair decisions, and help our team deliver an exceptional experience every day.
This position is part customer service, part sales, part operations, and part leadership. The right person understands that great service and strong sales go hand in hand. You don't pressure people—you educate them, earn their trust, and help them make informed decisions about their vehicles.
At Hughes Motors, we believe skills can be taught. Character, work ethic, accountability, and attitude are much harder to find.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Greet customers and create a professional, welcoming experience.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and build trust.
- Prepare estimates and confidently recommend needed repairs and maintenance.
- Manage repair orders and workflow using Tekmetric.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to keep work moving efficiently.
- Provide timely updates and follow-through throughout the repair process.
- Deliver a customer experience that earns repeat business and referrals.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven sales ability and confidence in closing opportunities.
- Automotive service advisor experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience with Tekmetric is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
