Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily operations of the Parts Department
- Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and obsolescence control
- Support retail, wholesale, online, and internal service parts operations
- Partner with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability
- Monitor department performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead, train, and develop Parts Department team members
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards and vendor relationships
Qualifications:
- Previous Automotive Dealership Parts Manager experience required
- Ford Parts Department experience strongly preferred
- Experience with CDK dealership management software preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment
