Job Summary
Detail 360 is seeking motivated and experienced Vehicle Reconditioning Specialists to join our growing Fleet & Corporate Services Division.
We work with rental fleets, corporate fleets, dealerships, and commercial vehicles throughout Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, and West Virginia. Our team specializes in restoring vehicles to rental-ready and sale-ready condition through professional interior and exterior reconditioning services.
Whether your expertise is primarily in interior detailing, exterior detailing, or both, we encourage you to apply. Candidates with experience in both areas are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deep interior detailing and reconditioning
- Carpet and upholstery shampoo extraction
- Steam cleaning and sanitization
- Stain removal and odor elimination
- Leather, vinyl, plastic, and trim restoration
- Exterior detailing and decontamination
- Clay bar treatment
- Paint enhancement and paint correction
- Machine polishing and buffing
- Scratch and swirl mark removal
- Headlight restoration
- Wheel and tire restoration
- Final quality inspections
- Maintain equipment and work areas to company standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing, dealership reconditioning, fleet services, rental vehicle preparation, or vehicle restoration preferred
- Experience with interior detailing, exterior detailing, or both
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $25.95 - $31.25 per hour
