What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive repair shop
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage workflow, communicate with technicians, and ensure a great customer experience
- Motivated, organized, and customer-focused
- A passion for the automotive industry and continuous learning
- Occasional travel between shop locations may be required
