Duties
- Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations and presentations to showcase features that meet customer needs.
- Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability.
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure optimal product availability.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support sales support activities.
- Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients both in person and over the phone.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, with a strong understanding of automotive products.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales environments.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with organizational skills to manage multiple clients and deals effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base.
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and marketing tools is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, public speaking ability, and customer service orientation are essential.
- Experience in dealership operations or automotive industry knowledge is a plus.
