Sales Advisor — Master Auto Group
Master Auto Group is looking for one more salesperson.
We are a pre-owned dealership in Raleigh, and we are not looking for a “car salesman” with bad habits.
We are looking for someone hungry, coachable, consistent, and good with people.
You do not need car sales experience. Honestly, we may prefer that you don’t. We can teach the car business. We cannot teach effort, attitude, discipline, or accountability.
If you have worked in restaurants, bartending, retail, customer service, phone sales, door-to-door, wireless sales, hospitality, or any job where you had to talk to people all day and earn trust, this could be a strong fit.
What the job really is
You will be:
- Talking to customers in person, by phone, and through online leads
- Following up every day
- Setting appointments
- Learning our sales process
- Showing vehicles
- Helping customers find the right car
- Building trust so customers come back and refer people
- Working with management to put deals together
This is not standing around waiting for people to walk in.
A lot of this job is follow-up, phone calls, texts, videos, appointments, and staying consistent when things are slow.

Pay
This is a commission-driven sales role with a weekly draw.
Expected earnings: $60,000–$90,000+ per year
What you make depends on your effort, follow-up, consistency, and production.
This is not hourly.
This is not guaranteed salary.
This is not an easy job.
But if you are the right person, there is real opportunity.
Schedule
- 5-day work week
- Saturdays are required
- Sundays closed
- Hands-on training
- Daily coaching and support
