Description:
Peoria Plaza Tire a local business since 1968 is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Sales Team Support. This position entails an individual with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills for a fast-paced environment.
Day to day tasks will include:
- Answering phones
- Greeting customers
- Working with suppliers and ordering parts
- Organizing of delivery and pick-ups of customers vehicles
- Submitting road hazard and adjustment claims
Requirements:
**Must be available to work 50+ hours per week and half days on Saturday, with one scheduled day off during the week
***Must have 2 years experience in customer service
