We're looking for a professional with a to work directly with customers in order to find the right vehicle that fits their needs. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of our products and will be able to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the buying process. The ideal candidate for our position enjoys working on a team that is committed to providing the highest quality products and services and has an appreciation for the potential of new and long-term customers.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand needs and present suitable vehicle options, highlighting features, pricing, and financing.
- Conduct in-person showroom sales, perform demonstrations, and address questions with clear, compelling communication.
- Manage the sales process from greeting to closing, including qualification, test drives, negotiations, and paperwork.
- Maintain product knowledge, inventory awareness, and showroom presentation; upsell accessories and services as appropriate.
- Build relationships, follow up with leads, and utilize CRM for pipeline management and follow-through.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership retail sales experience with direct passenger car selling
- Strong customer service and in-person communication skills; effective public speaking
- Proficiency in outbound and inbound sales, upselling, and CRM software
- Excellent phone etiquette, organizational skills, and ability to manage sales pipeline
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail math; adept at negotiation and qualifying customers
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities a plus; experience in high-end or B2B sales is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
