Ramsey Infiniti is growing and in need of two Sales Consultants to handle our tremendous customer base and future business.

Today’s automotive professionals not only have personality and drive, they are educated, hard-working, self-motivated, computer savvy, and understand the value of social media.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects
Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase
Build strong rapport with customers
Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Respond to and follow up with leads on a daily basis
Maintain communication with our massive customer base

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous dealership experience is preferred
Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
Have excellent customer service skills
Possess strong communication skills
Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
Quality customer service skills
Strong interpersonal communications, in-person and over the phone
Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office, CRM (CDK) software, and proprietary sales programs
Persistent, competitive and good work ethic
Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
Bilingual a plus
