Dyer Auto Group is looking for an experienced Sales Manager or General Sales Manager for the Vero Beach / Fort Pierce area. We need someone who knows how to drive volume, protect gross, coach a team, manage inventory, work with Finance, and still have fun doing it.
This is not a “sit in the tower and wait for deals” position.
We want a leader who can run a sales floor, develop salespeople, work the desk, understand F&I, manage inventory with vAuto, navigate CDK, use data instead of excuses, and help create a winning culture every single day.
The right person will understand:
- How to build gross and volume without burning down CSI
- How to coach salespeople instead of just barking at them
- How to use vAuto to manage inventory, pricing, aging, and turn
- How to work with Finance to maximize deal structure and profitability
- How to use CDK and dealership systems to stay organized and accountable
- How to run with an EOS-style operating rhythm: clear goals, scorecards, accountability, and real follow-up
- How to keep the store focused, competitive, professional, and fun
