Southwest Dealer Services, Inc is seeking a Dealer Relationship Manager to support and strengthen partnerships with our network of automotive dealers by providing consistent communication, program support, and relationship management.
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for assigned dealerships, helping ensure they are supported, informed, and positioned for success within our programs. This position is focused on building long-term relationships, maintaining strong communication, and ensuring dealers have what they need to effectively utilize our products and services.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. Success in this role comes from being responsive, dependable, and able to manage multiple dealer relationships while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage ongoing relationships with assigned automotive dealerships
- Serve as the primary contact for dealer questions, updates, and program support
- Ensure dealers are properly onboarded and supported within company programs
- Maintain regular communication to strengthen engagement and long-term partnerships
- Monitor dealer activity and identify opportunities to improve performance and participation
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve dealer issues and support program execution
- Track account activity, maintain accurate records, and document interactions
- Support retention and growth efforts within assigned dealer accounts
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in automotive finance, F&I, dealer services, account management, sales support, or a related industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining responsiveness and organization
- Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfort working independently and managing priorities effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems or dealer management systems is a plus
- Automotive or dealership experience strongly preferred
