Welcome incoming clients, document specific vehicle performance issues, and clarify their repair concerns. Schedule client service appointments, log clear repair orders (ROs) for technicians, and prioritize shop workflow. Calculate accurate pricing structures for parts and labor, confirm active warranty or service contract coverage, and deliver comprehensive invoices. Recommend preventive maintenance plans based on manufacturer vehicle specifications and responsibly upsell verified component needs.
