American Fusion Wheels is growing and looking for an experienced Front Desk Service Advisor who has strong automotive knowledge and can confidently assist customers with suspension upgrades, wheels & tires, off-road builds, accessories, exhaust systems, and vehicle customization.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, understands vehicle modifications, and can help turn customer inquiries into completed projects while providing excellent service throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Answer phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and social media messages
- Prepare estimates, quotes, and work orders
- Schedule appointments and coordinate shop workflow
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status, recommendations, and project timelines
- Assist with parts ordering and inventory management
- Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate quoting and job planning
- Process invoices and customer payments
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries
- Maintain a professional and organized front office environment
Requirements
- Strong automotive knowledge, especially trucks, Jeeps, SUVs, suspension systems, lift kits, wheels, tires, and aftermarket accessories
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Specialist, Automotive Sales Representative, or similar role preferred
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Experience with shop management or POS software is a plus
- Passion for off-road vehicles, trucks, and automotive customization is highly preferred
