The shift supervisor is responsible for all production activities that occur during their shift. This includes all injection molding processing and equipment and troubleshooting. They are also in charge of shift Quality, all shift personal and shift documentation. This is a working supervisors position.
First shift supervisor has the additional opportunity/responsibility to set the plate for the rest of the production day to get new jobs going and truly lead the production efforts of the entire business.
Job candidate MUST have at least 5 year of injection molding process exp.
Job candidate Should also have some supervisory experience

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
