Riverdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is currently seeking to add an experienced BDC Manager to join our BDC department! As part of our management team, you will be directly responsible for all aspects of the BDC/Internet sales department. Our BDC/ Internet Sales Managers maintain and develop a highly motivated and productive sales team, while ensuring best in class customer satisfaction.
Salary Range: $90K-$120K based on experience, plus commission
Responsibilities:
- Train BDC representatives on how to answer internet leads and the importance of response time.
- Leading a team of 10+ BDC Representatives.
- Achieving monthly sales/appointment goals
- Gathering necessary documents requested by lender.
- Must be able to understand CRM as well as other customer relations software.
- Closing customer on payment and term over phone and email.
- Monitor all incoming internet traffic and prepare reports with data on a weekly basis.
- Handle multiple stores incoming internet leads.
- Monitor different internet sources.
- Be able to analyze internet lead and proper access how to prepare first response.
- Monitor that proper follow up is being made in the system.
- Teach BDC representatives of new and preowned internet workflows in the system.

- Previous Automotive Management experience
