We’re looking to add a Finance Manager who is hungry, proven, and ready to lead from the front. If you’re tired of being held back and want to be a key part of something that’s scaling fast, this is your seat.
What You’ll Do:
- Secure financing for customers, while maximizing backend profit
- Structure deals for maximum approval rates and profitability
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met (state, federal, and lender-specific)
- Educate customers on finance products and aftermarket options with transparency and confidence
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through integrity and clarity
- Work closely with sales managers and sales team to increase finance penetration and close ratios
- Help optimize lender relationships and bring new ones to the table if needed
- Drive key metrics including product penetration, PVR, and approval percentages
Who You Are:
- A closer — confident, driven, and great under pressure
- Proven success as an F&I Manager, ideally at a high-volume store
- Skilled in subprime, prime, and credit union financing
- Knowledge of compliance, disclosures, and paperwork from start to finish
- Organized and process-oriented while still moving fast
- A leader and team player — someone who raises the standard, not just meets it
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a dealership finance manager role
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Utah Salesperson or Finance license (or willing to obtain)
