Northwest AutoHub is expanding and looking for high‑level performers who can set strong appointments, close deals, and work the showroom floor. We’re building a team of top performers who know how to communicate, build trust, and convert consistently.

We’re open to candidates who want to specialize in one role or take on a hybrid position, depending on experience.

Positions Available

Internet Sales Manager (appointment‑setting and closing focus)
Sales Associate

Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads with speed, clarity, and professionalism
Set strong, committed appointments using a consultative approach
Work the showroom floor confidently and deliver a smooth in‑person experience
Transition qualified customers to the sales team or close directly when appropriate
Maintain clean CRM notes and consistent follow‑up

Qualifications

Proven experience in Internet Sales, BDC, or floor sales
Strong appointment‑setting and closing skills
Excellent communication and confidence on the phone and in person
Ability to overcome objections naturally and professionally
Organized, consistent, and fast with follow‑up
High work ethic, coachable, and driven to earn

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $36,000–$120,000 per year

Cumulative pay plan
Spiffs and bonuses
Medical, Dental, Vision — 1st of the month after 60 days
401(k) with Employer Match (up to 3%) — eligible after 6 months (January/July enrollment)
