CCC ONE experience is required.
You must have:
- Previous experience as a Collision Center Manager or Body Shop Manager
- Hands-on CCC ONE experience
- Proven ability to manage the full collision operation
- Strong understanding of estimating, supplements, parts, labor hours, repair planning, insurance claims, DRP relationships, quality control, and customer communication
- Ability to lead technicians, painters, estimators, parts, office staff, and vendors
- Experience managing gross profit, cycle time, touch time, CSI, productivity, and department performance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold people accountable
- A process-driven mindset
- A professional, no-excuses approach to getting things done
Responsibilities include:
- Leading day-to-day collision center operations
- Managing department performance, profitability, workflow, and accountability
- Driving gross profit, cycle time, touch time, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Reviewing estimates, supplements, parts issues, repair plans, and production flow
- Holding technicians, estimators, and support staff accountable to clear expectations
- Working with insurance partners, vendors, customers, and dealership leadership
- Building a strong team culture based on communication, speed, quality, and results
- Making sure vehicles are repaired correctly, delivered on time, and the department performs at a high level

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of collision repair operations, ensuring timely and quality repairs.
- Utilize CCC ONE software to manage estimates, workflow, parts ordering, and reporting processes efficiently.
- Supervise technicians and support staff, providing guidance on auto body repair, auto painting, auto glass replacement, and detailing tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations while managing heavy lifting, power tools, hand tools, and auto restoration projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, parts inventory, and customer communications to streamline operations.
- Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development.
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters and customers to facilitate smooth claims processing and excellent service delivery.
Skills
- Proven dealership or collision center management experience with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes.
- Extensive mechanical knowledge including auto body repair, auto painting, auto glass installation, and vehicle maintenance.
- Proficiency with CCC ONE or similar collision management software is required.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, detailing equipment, and heavy lifting techniques.
- Knowledge of auto restoration techniques and automotive repair standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
