Position Overview
We are seeking experienced professionals who can confidently manage customer relationships, drive sales through integrity, and lead day-to-day operations with efficiency and professionalism.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a an extremely fast-paced environment, take pride in their work, and are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience
- Clearly communicate vehicle concerns, repair recommendations, and timelines
- Build trust with customers through honesty and transparency
- Manage workflow, scheduling, and shop productivity (Manager role)
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and quality repairs
- Maintain strong follow-up and customer retention practices
- Uphold company standards for service, organization, and professionalism
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Automotive Manager
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience (for Manager role)
- Familiarity with shop management systems (Tekmetric experience is a plus)
- Positive attitude, reliability, and team-oriented mindset
