Role:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and thrives in a fast-paced environment surrounded by some of the world’s finest vehicles.
The Lot Attendant is responsible for keeping the dealership’s inventory organized, clean, and display-ready while supporting the sales and service departments with vehicle movement and preparation. This is a great entry point for individuals looking to grow within the automotive industry — many of our current sales professionals and managers began their careers in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot to ensure a professional, high-end presentation.
- Move, park, and stage vehicles safely and efficiently for display, delivery, and service appointments.
- Hand-wash and prepare vehicles for customer delivery, photography, and showroom display.
- Inspect vehicles regularly to ensure they remain clean, fueled, and ready for presentation.
- Support sales and service teams by retrieving or delivering vehicles as needed.
- Assist with customer vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups, providing a friendly and professional experience.
- Monitor the lot for any maintenance or safety issues and report them promptly.
- Follow all dealership safety protocols and vehicle handling procedures.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to drive manual (stick shift) transmissions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
- Previous experience as a lot attendant, porter, valet, or similar automotive role preferred.
- Passion for cars and interest in learning about luxury and performance vehicles.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain active throughout the shift.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
