We are a successful, long-standing franchise dealer in Westmoreland County, PA. We are seeking a highly motivated Used Car/Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Performing Used Car Appraisals
- Managing Inventory (purchasing inventory is optional)
- Ensuring that the pre-owned vehicle inventory gets proper repairs as needed in the body shop and/or service department
- Desking deals
- Assisting the sales staff with deals
- Assisting management team as needed
Requirements:
- Prior 2+ years Used Car Manager experience
- Auto sales management experience required (as a sales mgr, gsm, used car mgr, new car mgr),
- Prior experience buying & managing inventory
- Desking experience preferred (closing and writing new or used car deals)
- Strong sales skills, negotiation & closing skills
- High energy, ability to motivate sales people, assist them with customers and closing deals
- People skills
- Communication skills
- Computer skills
