All Okay! Auto Repair is a newer, growing independent shop with a very clear goal: to become the best choice in the area for customers who want accuracy, transparency, strong communication, and a repair experience that feels different from the industry standard. We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who wants to be part of that growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Service Advisor, you will be a key part of the customer experience from the first conversation through vehicle pickup. You will help clients understand what is happening with their vehicle, guide them through repair decisions, keep the schedule moving, and work closely with the technicians to make sure communication is clear and accurate.
This role will include:
- Greeting and communicating with clients in a professional, friendly, and confident way
- Building long-term relationships with customers, not just handling transactions
- Converting appointments and helping clients feel comfortable choosing All Okay Auto Repair
- Presenting estimates clearly and confidently
- Communicating recommendations with accuracy, transparency, and care
- Working with technicians to understand findings and keep the repair process moving
- Maintaining strong follow-up with customers throughout the repair process
- Helping improve workflow, processes, and customer communication as the shop continues to grow
- Supporting a clean, organized, professional front office experience
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with prior automotive service advisor experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of independent shop advisor experience, or at least 2 years of dealership advisor experience.
More than anything, we are looking for someone who genuinely likes people. Someone who can build trust, communicate honestly, stay organized, and handle a busy day without losing their professionalism.
A strong fit for this role will be someone who:
- Has experience as an automotive Service Advisor
- Understands how to communicate repair recommendations clearly
- Can build relationships with clients and earn trust over time
- Is comfortable with sales, appointment conversion, and customer follow-up
- Takes ownership of their role and responsibilities

Schedule
The shop is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Advisors start before the doors open so the day is set up properly. The plan is to have two advisors working a rotating schedule, with one advisor opening and the other closing. One advisor may work approximately 7:30 AM to 4:00 or 4:30 PM, and the other may work approximately 9:00 or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, depending on lunch timing.
There are no weekend hours.
Pay and Benefits
This position offers a realistic earning range of $50,000–$85,000+ per year, with hourly pay and bonus potential based on gross profit dollars.
