NAPA Auto and Truck Parts of Casper, WY is seeking a reliable, motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and support a high‑volume distribution environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, staying organized, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff while coordinating with multiple departments
- Pull, organize, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup
- Perform inventory counts and identify variances
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Assist with organizing and cleaning a high‑volume warehouse
- Navigate stairs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Lift and move items up to 60 lbs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Competent in basic warehouse operations
- Proficiency with inventory software, databases, and warehouse systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time‑management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent
