Based at Atlanta Motorsports Park, we provide vehicle sales, service, race preparation, SCCA-accredited driving schools, arrive-and-drive programs, corporate events, and professional race team support.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Client Services & Parts Manager to take ownership of our parts department while supporting the daily operations of our service team.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Client Services & Parts Manager is responsible for the overall management of the company’s parts operation, including purchasing, inventory management, vendor relationships, and inventory accuracy. This position also serves as the primary point of contact for service customers, coordinating communication between customers, technicians, vendors, and leadership throughout the service process.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a professional customer experience and supporting efficient shop operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the company’s parts operation, including purchasing, receiving, inventory control, vendor relationships, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure parts availability to support daily service operations, race weekends, driving schools, and customer events.
- Manage repair orders, estimates, scheduling, invoicing, and customer communication throughout the service process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with technicians and leadership to support efficient shop operations and timely completion of customer work.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 3+ years of experience in parts management, dealership operations, inventory management, service advising, or a similar role involving purchasing and inventory control.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and follow through on responsibilities.
Preferred
- Experience with Tekmetric, QuickBooks, inventory management software, or ERP systems.
- Experience in automotive, motorsports, powersports, marine, aviation, or another service-focused industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
