Responsibilities

Lead, train, coach, and motivate the sales team.
Desk deals and assist sales consultants in closing customers.
Monitor CRM activity and ensure timely customer follow-up.
Conduct daily sales meetings and performance coaching.
Help recruit, hire, and develop sales professionals.
Work closely with the BDC, Finance, Inventory, and Service departments.
Maintain high CSI and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Drive sales volume while maximizing profitability.

Qualifications

Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience required.
Strong desking and deal-structuring skills.
Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
Experience working in a high-volume dealership environment.
Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
Experience with CRM systems (VinSolutions experience is a plus).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
