Experienced Independent Automotive Sales Professional – TradeLane Motors
TradeLane Motors is looking for an experienced automotive sales professional who can operate independently with minimal management supervision. We are seeking someone who understands the used car business beyond just selling and can take ownership of the entire customer process from start to finish.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years automotive sales experience, preferably in independent used car dealerships
- Must be able to work independently without constant management supervision
- Experience using Frazer DMS strongly preferred
- Comfortable handling the entire sales process from greeting customer to delivery
- Able to qualify customers, structure deals, gather stipulations, and work financing options when needed
- Knowledge of inventory management and vehicle merchandising is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing inventory
- Strong follow-up skills with leads, phone calls, and repeat customers
- Self-motivated and able to manage daily workflow without being micromanaged
- Understands that success comes from discipline, consistency, and personal accountability
