Harr Auto Group's Business Development Center is the engine behind our showroom traffic, and we're looking for a bilingual Sales BDC Agent to help drive it. What You'll Do

Be the go-to point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers
Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails for sales leads
Qualify customers on credit situation, vehicle needs, and timeline
Set and confirm showroom appointments for our sales team
Follow up on unsold and uncontacted leads using proven BDC cadences
Log all interactions in our CRM (DriveCentric)
Hit weekly and monthly appointment and show-rate targets
Join ongoing coaching and training to sharpen your skills

What You Bring

Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Comfortable on the phone in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong multitasker with solid computer skills
CRM experience a plus, but we'll train the right person

Schedule: Full-time, rotating schedule including some weekends
