**Responsibilities:**

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing the perfect Mercedes Benz vehicle to meet their needs and desires

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and answering inquiries

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing options

- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales targets

**Requirements:**

- Prior experience in automotive sales is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
