Annapolis Subaru is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. We are a high-volume, family-owned and operated dealership with a strong reputation in the Annapolis community.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive salesperson or a driven professional from another customer-service or sales industry who wants to build a long-term career in the automotive business.

What You’ll Do:

Assist customers through every step of the vehicle-buying process
Respond promptly to internet, telephone, and showroom leads
Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer’s needs
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
Explain Subaru models, features, technology, and safety systems
Follow up consistently with prospective and previous customers
Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM
Deliver a first-class ownership experience before, during, and after the sale
Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Meet individual and dealership sales goals

What We’re Looking For:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Comfortable working with customers in person, by phone, text, and email
Ability to follow a proven sales process
Dependable, organized, and motivated by goals
Willingness to learn Subaru products and technology
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required

Candidates with experience in hospitality, serving, wireless sales, retail management, real estate, banking, insurance, or other commission-based sales roles are encouraged to apply.
