BDC United books showroom appointments for car dealerships across the U.S. We are building a small U.S. team of independent Personal Auto Consultants (PACs): experienced BDC pros who want to be paid for results, not hours. Every future Team Lead and Operations Manager at BDC United will be promoted from this team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own a book of about 500 dealership internet leads a month, worked on a power dialer with a 90-day follow-up plan
- Set, confirm and show appointments
- Log every touch in the dealer's CRM
WHAT YOU NEED
- 2+ years of automotive BDC experience (required)
- Confident in dealer CRMs such as VinSolutions, DealerCenter, Elead or DealerSocket
- Your own computer, reliable internet, USB headset and a quiet workspace
- Some evening and weekend coverage (Eastern Time)
WHAT YOU EARN
- Launch: $300 a week for your first 4 weeks, or what you earn per result, whichever is higher
- Then: $600 monthly book retainer + $7 for every appointment that shows + $15 for every car sold
- Past 75 shows and 30 sold in a month, every extra show pays $9 and every extra sale pays $20
- Store-stays bonus: $200 when your store passes 4 months, $300 at 6 months, $500 at 9 months
- No cap
WHAT THAT LOOKS LIKE
- 60 shows + 24 sold = $1,380 a month
- 100 shows + 40 sold = $2,000 a month
- 140 shows + 56 sold = $2,680 a month
YOUR PATH
PAC > Senior PAC (train new PACs, +$150 for each one who hits standard) > Team Lead (keep your book, +$100 a month for every book you lead) > Operations Manager
1099 independent contractor, fully remote. You choose your coverage blocks. Open to U.S. residents outside California, Massachusetts and New Jersey.
Pay: $1,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month
