Porsche Studio Portland is hiring a polished, engaging Luxury Customer Experience Host to represent one of the world's most iconic automotive brands. The Studio is an immersive brand destination rather than a traditional dealership, built around product discovery, luxury hospitality, brand storytelling, a café and boutique, curated events, and organic social media. The host creates memorable first encounters with Porsche and supports daily guest experience, event execution, and the Studio's social presence.
A day in the role
Every guest is welcomed with a professional, polished presence. The host acts as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, sharing Porsche through product education, design storytelling, and meaningful conversation. That includes leading product demonstrations across the Porsche lineup, covering design, performance, technology, craftsmanship, electrification, and ownership, and hosting studio tours for walk ins, appointments, community partners, private groups, and event attendees. Questions are answered clearly and confidently, without pressure tactics or traditional sales language. The host also supports guest appointments, demo drive readiness, product displays, and post visit follow up routing.
On the events side, the host partners with the Porsche Studio Manager on venue bookings, event preparation, RSVP tracking, vendor communication, guest flow, setup, breakdown, and day of execution, and represents Porsche at Studio activations and community engagements. On the content side, the host creates and supports short videos, photos, posts, and stories featuring Porsche, Studio events, café offerings, boutique merchandise, and guest experiences. Behind the scenes, the host keeps accurate guest notes and CRM documentation, keeps the Studio guest ready, and works with Porsche Beaverton sales, service, parts, marketing, and leadership teams for a seamless brand presentation.
What the dealership is looking for
Ideal backgrounds include luxury automotive, luxury hospitality, premium retail, events, clienteling, experiential marketing, or social media. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a high touch, customer facing environment, a strong interest in Porsche, performance vehicles, design, and technology, and excellent verbal communication skills that make technical information clear and engaging. Comfort hosting guests, leading tours, appearing in short videos, and using CRM systems and appointment scheduling tools is expected. Full-time availability is required, including weekends, evenings, and event support, along with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Preferred qualifications include prior Porsche or luxury automotive experience, event or brand activation experience, familiarity with EV charging and modern vehicle technology, experience in concierge service or boutique retail, and an interest in Portland's design, arts, culture, and food scene.
