Cook Chrysler Dodge RAM Mazda is looking for a motivated, energetic Used Car Sales Professional to join our growing team.

We are a third-generation, family-owned and operated dealership serving the community since 1962, and we're looking for someone who wants more than just another job. We want someone who is competitive, personable, coachable, and ready to build a career.

Automotive sales experience is a plus, but it is not required. If you have experience in restaurants, hospitality, retail, customer service, or another fast-paced environment and know how to take care of people, we want to talk to you.

Dependable and punctual
Comfortable following up with customers by phone, text, and email
Organized and willing to consistently use our CRM
Focused on providing a low-pressure, professional buying experience
Willing to prospect and build their own customer base
A positive team player who wants to grow

What You'll Do

Assist customers in finding the right pre-owned vehicle for their needs
Build relationships with customers throughout the buying process
Respond quickly and professionally to internet and phone leads
Follow up with previous customers and unsold prospects
Demonstrate and explain vehicles
Conduct test drives
Work with management to structure deals and complete the sales process
Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM
Prospect for new business and referrals
Continue developing your product knowledge and sales skills
Deliver an excellent customer experience before, during, and after the sale

What We Offer

Competitive compensation
Strong earning potential with no ceiling on your success
Established dealership with a large customer base
Extensive used vehicle inventory
Training and ongoing coaching
Opportunity for advancement
Supportive, team-oriented environment
Health and benefits options
Paid time off
Employee vehicle opportunities
Long-term career potential with a family-owned organization

Who Does Well Here?

You don't need to be the stereotypical "car salesperson."

Some of our best candidates are people who are naturally good with customers, competitive, willing to work, and eager to learn.

If you're the type of person who shows up early, stays busy, follows up, asks questions, takes coaching, and wants to get better every month, you'll have an opportunity to succeed here.

No automotive sales experience? That's okay. We can teach you the car business. We can't teach attitude, work ethic, or the desire to succeed.

Ready to Build a Career?

If you're hungry for an opportunity where your effort can directly impact your income and advancement, we'd like to meet you.
