Duties
- Answer phones and help customers
- Identify cars parts
- computer lookup and invoices
- Assist with sales and costumer service
- Must know car parts
- Basic math skills required
- Keep office area clean and organized
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales with a focus on passenger cars or high-end vehicles.
- Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, deal closing, and upselling techniques.
- Familiarity with automotive financing options and customer relationship management (CRM) systems supported by technical tools.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through effective negotiation, client communication, and deal negotiation strategies.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through to deal closing while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Excellent organizational skills combined with retail math proficiency to handle inventory control, retail math calculations, and overall dealership operations.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 55.0 per week
