An established import automotive dealership with a long-standing presence in the San Diego County community is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead its next stage of growth.
This is an opportunity for a proven automotive leader to take ownership of dealership performance, strengthen an experienced management team, and drive sustainable growth across variable and fixed operations. The General Manager will work directly with executive leadership and have the authority, support, and resources necessary to produce results.
The successful candidate will be expected to accelerate growth while maintaining the dealership’s established reputation in the community. This leader will create a visible, engaged, and accountable operating culture; develop strong department managers; and ensure that every department works together to achieve the dealership’s financial, manufacturer, customer, and employee objectives.
The Leadership Style We Value
We are looking for a visible and engaged leader who knows the business, understands the numbers, and spends time in every department. The right candidate develops managers rather than doing their jobs for them, addresses problems promptly, communicates directly, and creates a culture in which expectations are clear and commitments are kept.
