Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or text, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
Assist clients with questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints using effective problem-solving techniques.
Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote additional services.
Handle cash transactions when necessary with integrity and accuracy, maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless client support and service delivery.

Experience

Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with high-volume communication environments.
Bilingual abilities are highly valued, especially fluency in English plus additional languages to serve diverse clientele effectively..
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential for clear client interactions and professional correspondence.
Demonstrated phone etiquette and organizational skills that facilitate efficient call handling and record keeping.
Experience in sales or upselling is a plus, but not required.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
