Responsibilities

- Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutual satisfaction while maximizing dealership profitability.
- Manage inventory effectively by coordinating inventory control and assisting with inventory management processes.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales records.
- Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette, clear communication skills, and a friendly demeanor during all interactions.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to promote dealership offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales efficiency and managing the sales pipeline effectively.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure seamless sales support.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a strong understanding of B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining customer trust.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse customer bases.
- Strong organizational skills for managing inventory control, CRM data entry, and follow-up schedules.
- Effective communication skills including public speaking capabilities for promotional events or dealership presentations.
- Experience with outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and lead generation to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Familiarity with CRM software platforms used for tracking customer interactions and managing sales processes.
- Knowledge of automotive inventory management systems along with retail math skills for accurate calculations related to pricing and profit margins.
- Demonstrated ability in high-end or luxury vehicle sales environments is a plus.
