SERIOUS QUESTION: As a proven sales pro, what could you be making if you spent the majority of your day selling rather than servicing accounts and generating your own leads?
Would you like to sell best-in-class radiator products that are distinctly different from the competition, with a company that keeps its promises and stands behind its products?
In my 28 year business career, I've learned that marketing means vastly different things to different organizations. Some see marketing as a newsletter and some social media posts.
Others see it as a means to raise brand awareness, fill events, or generate leads.
But for a select few companies, marketing is the lifeblood of the firm.
These firms recognize that good marketing is what drives growth, and they see marketing as all of the above, as well as delivering on the promises made in it. They constantly explore, test, and analyze new channels, searching for innovative ways to connect with customers and unlock new opportunities.
As an Inside Sales Rep for a company that focuses so heavily on marketing, you are never in a position to have to cold call strangers or generate your own leads. In fact, nearly all of your sales come from warm leads. Many days, you'll have trouble getting to them all.
And since we're continually growing, there are countless opportunities to help expand how we help customers.
If working for such a company sounds like something you're interested in, then I encourage you to apply for the Inside Sales Representative position here at Entropy Radiator.
In this role, you'll interact with hot rod owners and shops to offer them our two brands of radiator products. We cover the mid- to high-end of the market with our radiators, fans, and related products.
This is a dream role if you like consulting with die-hard customers to help them select the perfect cooling solution for their build and give them options they may not have even thought of, but end up loving because of how it all works together.
Our top sales reps typically spend 3 to 4 hours a day on the phone selling, talking to 150 to 200 customers per week and closing a minimum of 60% of their leads. Often upselling them with solutions they hadn't even considered.
And our customers LOVE to talk about their hot rods and builds.
We will definitely train you thoroughly on our products so you can get up to speed quickly and sell our customers confidently as you help them select the correct radiator product for their build.
The people that have been the most successful in this role have a proven track record of selling in the automotive industry. You will need at least five years of solid performance in automotive sales experience, either new cars or aftermarket parts.
If you're looking to just try your hand at selling automotive, this position is not for you.
If you can't talk shop with our customers about everything from Coyote motors to LSX engines, this position is not for you.
As a sales pro, you understand the difference between a closer and an order taker.
An order taker answers a phone and can turn 30% of the layups into sales. But given a situation that requires a true sales pro, and the order taker chokes. This position is for a sales professional that can close any sale, easy or difficult.
As you can see, this position isn't for everyone. We're a small company that's been growing consistently. Which means there are always new problems to solve and projects to tackle. Expect to work hard, but the right individual will see the opportunity that comes with it and find limitless ways to ascend in their career.
In fact, helping people grow their careers, both for our clients and our team, is our main goal as an organization. In addition to the ample on-the-job training, we provide our employees with $1,500 continuing education credit. We want to see you grow and succeed!
So if this sounds like something you're into, if you're a sales pro that loves interacting with passionate customers and are excited by the chance to hone your skills, contribute to an elite team, and seize the many opportunities produced by a growing company, apply below and be sure to complete all the questions to be considered for the role.
We look forward to meeting you!
Please do not contact the company through their website or phone number as all interviews and hiring are managed through Indeed. Reaching out to the company will result in your disqualification!
