Job Summary
High volume used car dealership, 35 years in business selling on average 600-800 retail units yearly, looking for energetic active salesperson with 5+years experience in used auto sales to join are very skilled team.
Duties
- Engage with customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate vehicles to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
- Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
- Manage inventory control by staying updated on available models, features, and promotions to effectively upsell high-end vehicles.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales records.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract B2B (business-to-business) clients and retail customers alike.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support the sales team with inventory management, retail math calculations, and organizational tasks to streamline operations.
- Deliver compelling public speaking presentations at events or dealership tours to promote vehicle features and dealership offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automobile sales or dealership environments is highly preferred.
- Strong outside sales skills with a track record of building a robust sales pipeline.
- Excellent negotiation abilities coupled with B2B sales experience for high-end vehicle transactions.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Proficiency in CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills with polished phone etiquette and customer service expertise.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple clients, appointments, and inventory efficiently.
