Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive high-end vehicle sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in retail or dealership sales, and excellent communication abilities. Duties
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, focusing on high-end automobile sales.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including outbound calls, cold calling, and B2B sales approaches to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, ensuring consistent follow-up and customer engagement.
- Conduct negotiations with clients to maximize upselling opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, inventory control, and dealership display to optimize product presentation.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Coordinate marketing efforts to attract new clients through public speaking events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly via phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Support the sales team with training on retail math, organizational skills, and effective sales techniques.
- Maintain knowledge of automobile features, financing options, and industry trends to advise customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automobile sales, sales management, or dealership experience.
- Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, retail sales, and high-end vehicle transactions.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on upselling and closing deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software, inventory management systems, and marketing tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with outbound calls, cold calling techniques, and developing a robust sales pipeline.
