Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for arranging and presenting financing options, selling F&I products, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations, and contributing to an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and explain financing options to customers clearly and professionally
- Secure funding through a network of lenders and financial institutions
- Ensure all deal paperwork is accurate, complete, fundable and compliant with legal requirements
- Collaborate with sales team to drive profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain dealership reputation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of automotive finance experience (pre-owned dealership experience preferred)
- Proven track record of strong product penetration and profitability
- Knowledge of lender programs, compliance, and automotive finance regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH DEALERTRACK DMS, DEALERTRACK F&I, V-AUTO, AND DARWIN.
