Platinum Cars, Inc is a Highline Luxury Car Store in Alpharetta. We are looking for a strong Automobile Dealership experience person who can act as Sales Manager or Finance Manager with a proven track record to lead the sales team and help us grow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Hire and Coach sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation, and lead profitability of your teams.
- Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of the Sales team and Service Department.
- Consistently and profitably meet used vehicle sales quotas through expert management and leadership of the sales team.
- Must be able to desk, structure car deals, get approvals, rehash, pencil, T/O., close deals, motivate, control, and train a sales staff and help lead the team.
- Work as a Finance Manager to complete the paperwork for the deal.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of F&I as needed.
- MUST BE ACTIVE: -RECRUITING, TRAINING, LEADING BY EXAMPLE WITH PHONE CALLS, FOLLOW UP AND PROSPECTING. PERSONALLY WORKING AND MANAGING INTERNET LEADS, and FINANCING
- Ensure high Customer Satisfaction scores and analyze these metrics to isolate areas for improvement.
- Conduct daily and weekly sales training meetings for Sales and Product Specialists.
- Guarantee delivery includes an introduction to the service department and the scheduling of the first service appointment.
Professional Experience:
At least 5+ years in Automotive Car Dealership Retail Car Sales experience in a Management position with a proven track record performing the listed requirements above.
